"The second US exchange officer to AMTDU in 1973, LTC Charlie Hicks, passed away this month whilst on a private visit to friends in Colorado. As we have been in contact over the years and actually visited him and his wife in Virginia two years ago, we were notified immediately. He will have a full military funeral in Washington DC Arlington cemetery in November.
