On behalf of the Air Dispatch Association of Australia and all past and present Australian Air Dispatch Soldiers and Officers, it is my honour to invite you to attend the 2011 RACT Air Dispatch Past and Present Reunion. 

The mixed Reunion will be held at the 5th Combat Engineer Regiment, Barracks which is located at the corner of Mountainview Crescent and  “The Crescent” in Penrith, NSW (map is attached). The afternoon gathering will be held on 26 November 2011, beginning at 1:00 pm and concluding at 6:00 pm, neat casual attire is requested. The function will include light snacks and plenty of beverages for your purchase at the normal Army bar prices. A small cover charge of $10:00 will be incurred by all adult attendees to cover the incidental costs of the day. Children are welcome to attend at the discretion and supervision of a responsible adult.

All guests are requested to carry appropriate photographic identification and sign the attendance sheet on arrival!

When - 1:00 PM, 26 November 2011.

Where - 5 CER, Cnr of Mountainview Crescent and “The Crescent” Penrith.

Dress - Neat casual.

Cost - $15:00 for all adults. Friends, spouses,  partners are all welcome.
