ADAA History - Book Update
This is just a quick update and a plan that I hope will come off.
I am now into the final review of the whole book in an attempt to get a price on how much it is going to cost to print it off.
Once I have it printed I will take all the books up to Sydney where they will be bound.
I am hoping to have all this done prior to the re-union at Penrith in Nov, and if all going to plan I will have a small book launch at the re-union.
At this stage I am looking at printing 500 copies, so I will only sell one per person to begin with and take any further orders so I have an idea on how many to go for in the second round of printing.
Please do not ask me how much it will cost as I have no idea at this stage but I would say around $50 - $60. That is a guestimation.
I would say that the vast majority of the books will be sold throughout the old boy net, but I may consider asking the local newsagents in Penrith and Richmond if they would like to purchase a couple of copies.
Please pass this on to as many people as you can, and I shall post a notice on the ADAA notice board, and a bit closer to the re-union I shall send out some fliers.
Hope to see you at the reunion.
