Please be advised of initial information to hand for the 2012 ADAA Reunion.

Location: Wellington, New Zealand

Dates: Sunday April 22nd - Thursday April 26th (depart Fri 27th or later if you wish)
We are also advised that a few of the Kiwi contingent will be settled into the bar by Saturday April 21st!

We have requested a number of rooms for our group which the hotel will allocate when they receive bookings. The two types of room are as follows;

1. Terrace Room NZD $139.00 without breakfast NZD
   $169.00 with breakfast. 
2. Lambton Room NZD $155.00 without breakfast
   NZD $185.00 with breakfast.

These are room per room rates and personnel are responsible for bookings and payment. There are more expensive rooms available if you wish to upgrade, however we believe these rooms are adequate for our purposes.

We request that all attendees confirm their accommodation by December if possible this will allow our planning committee to confirm venues etc.
