Hello All,

Some of you on this address list may not be going to the International AD reunion held in Arnhem from 16th to 21st Sep 2010. You can disregard this Email and I apologise for the contact. We have a list of those attending and I presume that that list is current and accurate. This address group however includes all contacts.
 
Ron McCafferty has been planning a tour of the Northern France/Belgium battlefields and is now in the final throws of finishing the detail. To allow him to negotiate with Hotels/transport etc he needs to know numbers of those you will attend this phase of the reunion.
 
He has planned the following:
Normandy: 9th - 12th Sep staying at the Golf Hotel at Cabourg ( near CAEN )
Northern France 13th staying in Lille.
Ypres  14th - 15th Sep.
 
Move to Arnhem on 16th in time to get the Meet and Greet.
 
Ron has included Cemeteries, Battle Fields and a visit to the Menin Gate Ceremony amongst other things. It sounds interesting informative and knowing Ron it will be First Class!
 
COULD THOSE OF YOU WHO ARE GOING TO ATTEND/THINKING OF ATTENDING PLEASE NOTIFY ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.  Ron needs number NLT 9th Apr 2010.

Sorry for the short notice but he is returning to the area on 11 Apr to try and finalise hotel discounts transport arrangements and your expeditious reply would be greatly appreciated.
